The PLANET LOLLIPOP is for children from 3 to 10 years of age.

Children under 3 years old are welcome (accompanied by an adult) at PLANET LOLLIPOP from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. On Saturdays and school-free days (in Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland), admission to the adventure world is exclusively for children from 3 years of age.
Adults may enter PLANET LOLLIPOP with children under 3 years of age from Monday to Friday (9am to 1pm).
€3 per hour
PLANET LOLLIPOP member benefit: €2 for the second hour
At the first visit to PLANET LOLLIPOP, the child’s e-card must be presented to verify his/her age.
Throughout PLANET LOLLIPOP, socks are compulsory. Socks in PLANET LOLLIPOP design can be bought at check-in or you can bring your own socks.
Monday to Friday: 9.00 – 19.00
Saturday: 9.00 – 18.00

FAQ PARTY

In order to be able to celebrate on the date of your choice, it is advisable to book 3 to 4 months in advance. If the desired date is not available, the PLANET LOLLIPOP team will always try to find a suitable alternative date for the party.
The two party rooms offer space for up to 13 children (incl. birthday child) to celebrate in high spirits. It is also possible to book both rooms at the same time and combine them into one large party room for up to 26 children.
A birthday party costs either €15.00 per child including care and food or €18.00 per child including care and food and birthday cake.
Catering can be chosen at will from the menu. You can either bring your own birthday cake or we can organise a cake for the birthday child (according to the menu). We ask for your understanding that candles must not be lit.
The party rooms at PLANET LOLLIPOP are equipped with all accessories and decoration. If the party is to have a certain theme (e.g. Cars, Frozen, Star Wars) we ask you to indicate this when booking. The decoration can be brought to us up to one day before the party. We will gladly take over the design.
The deposit of € 60.00 must be received in cash at PLANET LOLLIPOP or by bank transfer at least 7 days before the party date. If no deposit is made, the reservation is forfeited. In the case of illness (confirmation from the doctor required), the party can be postponed to another date. We ask for your understanding that the deposit of € 60.00 cannot be refunded in the case of a no-show and will automatically be retained as cancellation fee.
The food order can be changed at the latest one day before the party date.
